Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact.

Please note:

- Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.

Promotion & Discount Policy:

If you purchased your item during a promotional sale, and request an exchange after the promotion has ended, your exchanged item will reflect the current price at the time of exchange - not the original promotional price.

We always do our best to accommodate customers, but promotional pricing is only valid during the active promotion window.
